Terms & Conditions for Guaranteed Gift Promotion

Promoter Information: This promotion is conducted by Design Authority Pte Ltd (“Design Authority”).

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all homeowners who opted in via Design Authority’s social media campaign (starting 5th October 2025) and consult with five of Design Authority’s recommended interior designers, obtaining official quotes from each firm. To confirm eligibility, participants must email the official quotes to hello@design-authority.com

Promotion Period: This promotion has officially ended.

Gift Details: Eligible participants will receive an exquisitely handcrafted luxury leather gift worth $2,500.

Gift Eligibility: To qualify for the guaranteed gift, participants must:

  • Meet with five (5) vetted interior design partners (who are officially assigned by Design Authority’s concierge team) at their respective showrooms for a complimentary consultation (with floor plan). Upon obtaining and submitting to Design Authority the quotations received (each reflecting a minimum project value of S$30,000 for renovations within the next 6 months) for verification, the client shall be eligible to receive one (1) exclusive handcrafted Epsom-leather handbag — made from the same premium leather used by Hermès — valued at S$2,500.

  • The 5 official ID quotations are to be sent via email to hello@design-authority.com or via WhatsApp to +65 9070 9072.

Verification Process: The verification process involves submission of the official quote/invoice via email to hello@design-authority.com or via WhatsApp to +65 9070 9072. The documents must clearly show the quotation date and total project cost. To ensure the authenticity of participants and prevent potential fraud, Design Authority reserves the right to verify the homeowner’s identity, legitimacy, and eligibility by contacting our interior design partners after consultations. Any suspected cases of fraud will result in disqualification from the promotion.

Gift Collection: Upon successful verification, the guaranteed gift will be available for collection at Design Authority’s office. We will contact the homeowner via WhatsApp to arrange the gift collection.

Limitation: This offer is limited to one gift per household/property. In cases where multiple homeowners are involved in a single renovation project, only one gift will be awarded.

General Conditions:

  • Design Authority reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the promotion from running as planned.
  • This promotion is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions and any updates that may be made during the promotion period.
  • Design Authority reserves all rights concerning the administration, modification, and termination of this promotion.

Liability: Design Authority disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a direct or indirect result of participating in the promotion or from the use of any gift received.

Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and related communications.
