Strata House
Project Description
The Strata House – a stunning private residence in one of the suburban landed housing precincts in Singapore. Guided by the owners’ aspirations, Scott Brownrigg have designed a 468 sq m three-storey semi-detached property that carefully responds to its suburban context and tropical climate, while providing the client with a unique family home.

Down Street Mews
Project Description
Inspired by La Maison de Verre in Paris, 3 Down Street Mews provides 13,583 sq ft of luxurious living space created through the redevelopment of the former annex building to the Calvary and Guards club. Considered by Westminster City Council to be ‘an architectural gem’, the building delivers high-energy performance with a double skin glass façade, green roof and ground source heat pumps.

Hyatt Regency & Hyatt House Stratford
Project Description
Located in East London, the refurbished Hyatt Regency provides a stylish destination for both business and leisure while Hyatt House provides a new ‘home from home’ for those on extended stays. The interior design mirrors the connectivity of Stratford, with subtle nods to the Victorian Golden Age of train travel.

Hard Rock Hotel
Project Description
The former Cumberland Hotel was transformed into the UK’s first Hard Rock Hotel in London, and now serves as a London landmark. Our designs for the public spaces, including two vibrant bars and the iconic Hard Rock Cafe®, incorporate the Hard Rock “mantra” which includes the global brands’ range of memorabilia, artwork, installations and lyrics.

Expedia London
Project Description
With a change in the way that offices are being used, Expedia undertook a full refurbishment of their 250,000 sq ft office in London to provide a workplace that matched its progressive company vision. Consolidating three of their London offices in the iconic Angel Building in Islington, the new workspace is people-centric, brand focused and supports a wider strategy for sustainable growth.
