MYNMYN Studio
MYNMYN (mine-mine) is a boutique interior studio founded by a collective of dedicated designers, driven by the ambition to shape a more thoughtful and progressive local design landscape. Established in 2019, the studio positions itself as a catalyst for change, rethinking how interiors are approached and experienced.
Operating under the MYNMYN umbrella, MYNMYN Studio brings a considered design methodology to a diverse range of interiors, each approached with a sensitivity to nuance and human rhythm. Their work does not begin with aesthetics alone, but with the cadence of everyday life — how one moves, gathers, rests, and inhabits a space over time.
At its core, the studio believes that interiors should not merely impress, but resonate. Each space is thoughtfully shaped around the people within it, reflecting their habits, aspirations, and quiet rituals — resulting in environments that feel deeply personal, effortlessly functional, and enduringly refined.
VOS @ The Enabling Village
Project Description
Voices of Singapore, located within The Enabling Village, is a vibrant choral hub designed to celebrate harmony and community, with inclusivity at its core. Inspired by the fluidity and rhythm of choral music, the interior unfolds through curved forms and flowing lines, guiding movement while evoking a sense of harmony throughout the space.
At its heart, a communal zone features limewashed partitions, open-mesh ceilings, and timber and concrete-effect vinyl flooring, creating an inviting, tactile environment. Flexible seating arrangements foster collaboration, social interaction, and community engagement.
The 200-seat recital hall is designed for versatility, featuring modular platforms and dimmable, colour-adjustable lighting that responds to performance needs while accommodating neurodivergent users sensitive to brightness. Acoustic strategies, including rockwool treatment and double-glazed windows, ensure a balance of external noise control and internal resonance, enhancing the experience for performers and audiences alike.
Through a considered interplay of form, materiality, acoustics, and circulation, Voices of Singapore orchestrates a spatial experience where architecture, performance, and community converge. The project embodies inclusivity, collaboration, and the spirit of choral music, transforming the space into a harmonious stage for both artistic and social engagement.

Arco @ Bartley Ridge
Project Description
A quiet study in restraint and form, Arco is a residential transformation defined by soft curves, sculptural materiality, and an intentional use of light. At the heart of this reimagined space is a reconfigured layout, with the most notable change being the opening of the kitchen, which allows natural light to flow freely across the communal areas. The result is a brighter, more fluid living environment that feels both expansive and intimately grounded.
Upon entry, a newly defined foyer offers a subtle sense of arrival. Framed by a full-length mirror and a built-in settee, it sets the tone for the home’s layered material palette: cream-toned limewash walls that evoke a sense of softness and depth; a warm herringbone wood floor that anchors the interior with natural texture; and in the kitchen, Arabescato marble countertops, off-white cabinetry, and brass detailing introduce quiet contrast and refinement.
Lighting is considered both functionally and emotionally, shaping the rhythm of the space. Ample natural daylight fills the space during the day, while layered warm lighting invites intimacy and comfort after dusk. Throughout, built-in storage solutions ensure every inch of the compact footprint is optimised without visual clutter.
Arco represents a restrained yet expressive approach to contemporary living; where form, function, and atmosphere are resolved with quiet confidence. Arco is a residential transformation defined by soft curves, sculptural materiality, and an intentional use of light.

Fine Art @ Ardmore Park
Project Description
The balance between traditional Asian aesthetics and the contemporary design creates a visually compelling interior where Asian art serves as focal points and conversation starters. This results in a sophisticated and inviting living space that reflects the owners’ appreciation for Asian culture.
Previously segregated, the layout now accommodates the owners’ love for gatherings. The standout feature is the black open bar and fluted panels, concealing an extensive wine collection. It’s further accentuated by a custom island boasting a generous 1.2m overhanging Dekton.
We have incorporated hidden features that combine aesthetic appeal with practicality, allowing spaces to adapt to various needs. For instance, when the TV is not in use, it is completely hidden behind a smooth, elegant marble surface, transforming it into an art piece. Additionally, we’ve installed a fluted door that seamlessly blends into the feature wall. Moreover, a panel is available to segregate the corridor from the living space, providing increased privacy to the bedrooms.
As we step into the modern luxurious bedrooms, natural and artificial lighting come together to achieve different ambiences. The airy space features clean lines and an assortment of textures that exude serenity. From the herringbone flooring to the fabric panels, every detail has been meticulously crafted to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Bathrooms are kept sophisticated and calm through the use of large-format tiles. The design embraces an elegant material palette, showcased in the marble and granite bathrooms, paired with earthy hues and ambient lighting.
Through a balanced approach, we transform the space into a family room, filled with light and air. As such, Fine Art becomes a bespoke, modern dwelling that seamlessly integrates the use and personal expression of its owners.

Galerie Noire @ Skyline Concourse
Project Description
Conceived as a quiet gallery for living, Galerie Noire unfolds through a monochromatic palette shaped by the tactile richness of natural materials. Warm timber grains and sculptural stone surfaces establish a calm, grounded backdrop where light, texture, and shadow gently animate the space throughout the day. Playful motifs and subtly recognizable emblems are woven throughout the interior, offering moments of discovery that reward the observant eye—a quiet if-you-know-you-know dialogue between art, fashion, and lifestyle.
Each element is thoughtfully framed within the architecture, forming a sophisticated domestic setting where art, materiality, and contemporary living converge, reflecting the sensibility of an owner with a deeply attuned eye for culture, craft, and design.
Flush black joinery forms a seamless architectural plane, concealing the private retreat within. When closed, it maintains the calm continuity of the space; when opened, it reveals an intimate interior layered with warm light, natural textures, and carefully composed details. Dark tones ground the room, while concealed lighting washes gently across timber surfaces, creating an atmosphere that feels both deliberate and restful. Crisp linens and tactile finishes soften the composition, allowing the space to remain intimate and composed, shaped by quiet intention.
The kitchen is conceived as a natural extension of this language, where dark tones and material textures come together in a sculptural whole. A monolithic island anchors the space, its mirrored plane subtly reflecting light and surrounding surfaces to extend the sense of space while softening the depth of the palette.
Minimal and deliberately ordered, the environment remains largely uninterrupted, allowing material, form, and light to define its quiet intention where everyday rituals unfold with clarity.

Ochre Retreat @ Stirling Road
Project Description
Conceived for a young couple, the residence embraces a modern Japandi sensibility where clean architectural lines are softened by the warmth and tactility of natural materials. A neutral, earthy palette grounds the interior, allowing layers of texture to emerge through rattan, Suar wood, limewashed surfaces, and linen, creating a space that feels both calm and lived-in.
The living area is defined by a continuous joinery that spans the breadth of the space, consolidating storage, display, and circulation within a seamless architectural plane. A concealed portal is integrated within this composition, maintaining visual continuity while discreetly connecting to the private quarters. Introducing a moment of relief comes a precision laser-cut curvature that softens the mass of the timber-clad surfaces. Rattan appears as a recurring material language that establishes visual continuity while introducing a layer of handcrafted warmth to soften the architectural framework.
Amongst the several considerations that went into the spatial design, enhancing spatial perception was one of the chief concerns. Within a compact footprint, the dining area is carefully resolved to accommodate a six-seater setting, along with a mirrored surface that extends sightlines. Low-slung furnishings reinforce a horizontal spatial language, enhancing the perceived openness of the room. The residence balances intimacy with openness, accommodating both moments of retreat and the ease of hosting.
The kitchen is designed with both utility and atmosphere in mind. In response to the absence of natural ventilation, a specially sourced ceiling light with an integrated fan introduces both function and subtle character; an understated detail that reflects the project’s attention to lifestyle-driven solutions.
The study is conceived as a multifunctional retreat, blending work and leisure within a thoughtfully composed space. A bespoke desk serves as the centerpiece, meticulously crafted to integrate a drawer designed to house a keyboard piano. This enables the area to seamlessly transition between professional workspace and creative hobby zone.
Throughout the home, design decisions are guided by clarity, material honesty, and quiet intention. This results in an environment that balances sophistication, functionality, while being deeply attuned to the rhythms of daily living.

Solis Occasum @ Sinaran Drive
Project Description
Located in Sinaran Drive, Solis Occasum is a contemporary residence imbued with quiet heritage and tropical warmth. Drawing from the rich textures of colonial Malaya, the design is a study in balance where modern elegance meets storied materiality.
The foundation of the home is anchored in Malayan timber, a nod to its cultural roots. Tropical-inspired wallpaper and woven cane details layer in a sense of nostalgia, while clean architectural lines and stone finishes speak to modern refinement. Throughout, a palette of warm wood tones, soft curves, and black accents brings depth and composure.
The living and dining areas are framed by cabinetry in natural textures and contrasted by dark finishes, with curved lighting elements gently weaving these spaces together. In the kitchen, sleek stone surfaces meet wood-grain warmth, achieving a grounded, cohesive atmosphere.
In the private quarters, contemporary sensibility takes on a tactile richness. Hand-applied Belgian wallpapers are paired with bamboo detailing and organic motifs, infusing the bedrooms with a subtle rhythm. These layers of natural materials and nuanced patterns lend the space both visual and emotional texture, elevating it from the everyday without straying from comfort.
Solis Occasum captures the spirit of modern tropical living, with a character that is quietly expressive, rooted in place, and effortlessly composed.

APT @ 65A Tanjong Pagar Road
Project Description
A soft-spoken palette meets sculptural geometry in this lounge-meets-bar along Tanjong Pagar Road. APT reimagines intimacy through curves, from the modular bar counters to the plush conversation pit wrapped in diffused afternoon light. Microcement walls soften every edge, while sheer mesh partitions blur the line between open and private. Styled with muted florals, foliage, and low ambient lighting, the space moves from gentle daylight to after-hours moody with ease.
As daylight moves through the shutters, the counter’s soft curves and honed finish catch the light, revealing the sculptural intent behind its form. Upholstered stools anchor the bar in contrast, their silhouettes bold but inviting. In the stillness, materiality becomes mood – tactile, intentional, and quietly cinematic.
At the heart of APT lies a luminous bar backlit by shifting hues – pink at dusk, amber by nightfall. Designed to dial up intimacy: rippled travertine, brushed brass, a live-edge table set beneath sheer drapes and low-slung pendants. Even the curtains curve.
The space opens and closes like a stage, modulating mood with the hour. A bar that never feels static – always in motion, always becoming.
