Yung Ong

Founder of Proof Living

A law graduate from the University of Nottingham, Yung Ong was all set to take the bar in London in 2003 when he made the impromptu decision to return to Singapore and learn more about the family business.

Growing up in a family business that specialised in office systems furniture, Yung was exposed to the workings of interior design from a young age by his father. This cultivated interest eventually blossomed in the form of Proof Living in 2004, a modern take on living and residential furniture.

Ever since starting Proof Living, he has introduced a diverse combination of leading furniture brands into the Singapore scene: Poltrona Frau, Ceccotti and Walter Knoll, to list a few, are names and shapes that we have come to love.
